Rubber hose

PRODUCTION FACILITIES

To guarantee fast and efficient production of our wide product range, We have developed production lines controlled by our expert designers. We have a specialised autoclave for this technical process. Our range for rubber hose starts from 1"(ID) UPTO 24"(ID).

END CONNECTIONS

We have a wide range of end connection, specialized end connection for rubber hose and bellows are rubber lined flangs with nipples and rubber flanges with back up mild steel flanges.

FLY ASH HOSE PIPE
Application     : Recommended for conveying moist sand and cement to cement placement mixing gun nozzies. Also, recommended for conveying wet concrete and grouting mixtures, under pressure.
Construction    : TUBE: Uniform thickness seamless synthetic rubber inner tube blended with abrasion, age and weather resistance rubber.
Reinforcement   : Layers of high synthetic textile impregnated with elastomeric material.
Cover     : Static dissipating, synthetic abrasive resistant rubber with grey strip.
Electric Conductivity     : Anti-static copper wire.
Temperature     : -40°C to 60°C continuous service.
Hydrostatic Pressure     : The hoses are suitable for Working pressure of 10 kg/cm2g.

CEMENT GROUTING HOSE
Types    :
Types 1   : For a working pressure of 7kg/cm2g.
Types 2   : For a working pressure of 10kg/cm2g.

Application    : Cement/Barytes suction & discharge for construction, Mining and Bulk cement handling units.
